Vigor Events – in co-operation with Al Gas Events – organized the 2-day workshop titled Celemi Enterprise on the 24th  and 25th  of September at Jumeirah Hotel Messilah Ballroom.

The highly engaging workshop was designed by JAMES VAN DER WESTHUIZEN with the objective ‘Stay Ahead in a changing world’. In this interactive and Dynamic section, James Van Der Westhuizen will guide to propel your company to the top with Celemi Enterprise, as well as a fierce competition that ignites ambition and builds strategy.

The main goal of Celemi Enterprise is to Earn short-term profit while creating long-term values. Each participant assumes a management role in Marketing and Sales, Development and Services, Planning and Delivery as well as Finance and Control. Celemi Enterprise mainly focus on senior and middle managers, co-workers and managers responsible for trainings.

James gave a detail mental model of how the business works, what the priorities are and how to move forward also encourages people to explore and discover the key value drivers of the business and their relative impact on the organization.
