Almarai Kuwait – Project Management Workshop

Continuing our successful achievements, we have organized a new workshop about Project Management to Almarai Kuwait in 09 October 2012 presented by Moahmed Khalifa. The workshop objectives was:

  • Understand how the Nine Management Knowledge Areas are mapped to the Five Process Groups as per the PMI PMBOK® 4rd Edition.
  • Guide the trainees on how to use project management to get benefits in both professional and personal life.
  • Improve the trainee’s chance of passing the PMP® certification exam on the first attempt using well-proven and successful course delivery method.
  • Completed the minimum 35 hours of training as required by the Project Management Institute to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam

The PMP® credential recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.

Change Management Workshop by Hagop Emrazian to Almarai Kuwait

Vigor conducted a 2-day training workshop about Change Management presented by Hagop Emrazian to Almarai Kuwait in 02  September 2012.  “Meeting the challenges of today’s rapidly changing business world requires anticipating and handling change in the workplace. The most successful professionals are able to recognize the changes coming in their ways and develop strategies for effectively dealing with those changes.”

The workshop focused on defining change, The need for managing change, managing the initial impact of change and putting change adopters into action. Also it handled How to prepare employees for the change impact, implementing change through employee engagement, and the different change management models.

The workshop facilitator Hagob Emrazian spent the first 8 years of his career as a banker and trainer with Gulf Bank – Kuwait, where he coached and trained new employees on adapting to the corporate culture as well as branch operations, sales and customer service. His passion to training and people development led him to assume a challenging role in a multinational company ‐ Agility Logistics, latest as the Director of Learning & Organization Development since 2003, where in addition to managing the L&D function in 12 countries for the Middle East & Africa regions, he personally facilitated the leadership and management workshops across the network in the ME&A, Asia, Europe & North America which gained him an international exposure.
