Vigor Events hosted Robin Sharma and Verne Harnish in their first duo event in Kuwait titled “Superior Leaders Seminar” during which both Leadership Gurus shared their experience about how to achieve the level of true Leadership and how to take the best business decisions as a leader.
The event took place on Monday 15 September 2014 as a full day seminar from 9 AM to 5 PM at the Hilton Hotel and Resort – Mangaf – where top leaders and managers in Kuwait and the region gathered under one roof to gain new ideas and valuable insights from two of the world’s most celebrated leaders who discussed today’s key business challenges.
The globally celebrated author of 11 international bestselling books on leadership including the “The Monk who Sold his Ferrari” and the “The Leader Who Had No Title” – Robin Sharma –unveiled leadership secrets behind making a true leader leaving attendees with a priceless learning experience of the best practice of business superstars, the way to use failures to create new levels of success, and the valuable ideas and practices to spark innovation and creativity for more to get more done in less time.
Sharma’s half day speech was designed to dramatically improve the attendees’ productivity and teach them how to get more done in less time, how to shift from being busy to achieving result and develop the focus and discipline required to get to world-class Self management practices to stay ahead of the gamed.
From a different aspect, Verne Harnish – founder of the world-renowned entrepreneurs’ organization (EO) and chaired for fifteen years EO’s premiere CEO program –highlighted the Challenging decision making fundamentals, leaders and managers and their role in delivering sustainable results, and how to turn execution into an ongoing, energizing, rewarding process. Additionally, Harnish addressed the fact that meetings can actually eliminate the perception of micro management, and how investing the minimum time can save up to hours.
The Superior Leaders Seminar acted as a key source for an in-depth knowledge of today’s Leadership challenges and the methods all leaders need to master to deal with it.
