Vigor Events hosts the highly successful Leading Innovation Workshop in Kuwait

Vigor Events organized a 2 day workshop in Kuwait by Global Keynote speaker – Paul Rigby – on the topic – Leading Innovation on the 13-14 September 2015. Due to the popularity of the topic and increasing public demand, Vigor events held a second workshop on 9-10 September to accommodate keen participants.

The highly interactive, informative and enlightening workshop addressed the critical aspects of how to implement innovation within an organization. During the workshop Paul referred to numerous practical/actual examples of how companies succeeded and failed in executing their innovative ideas. He used The Parable “How Stella Saved the Farm” to demonstrate Vijay Govindarajan and Chris Trimbles’ model of Innovation. Participants learnt the disciplined and proven approach of the 6-step model for implementing Innovation which allowed them to improve their leadership skills, embed innovation into their culture, reduce conflict between ongoing operations and the innovation engine, and create a common language and methodology within their organization.

Paul Rigby’s proven ability to conduct business on a global stage gives him the experience to assist organizations of any size or scale to successfully reach their business objectives. He has conducted numerous speaking engagements in over 20 countries per year and serves as President for, International Operations for International Thought Leader Network (ITLN) a USA based consultancy firm and Thought Leaders Learning Institute (TLLI) an Australian based consultancy firm.  Few of his recent clients include Coca-Cola, HSBC, TOYOTA, Rolls-Royce and Intel.

The Leading Innovation Workshop was held at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel from 9am to 4pm as part of the Knowledge Club 2015 series.
