Vigor Events – in co-operation with Al Gas events- presented Creating Behavior That lasts: a one day seminar with the World’s #1 Leadership Thinker and the author of 34 books on Leadership strategies – Dr. Marshall Goldsmith.
This powerful, solution-based seminar was designed to help successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behavior: for themselves, their people, and their teams. In this fast-paced interactive seminar, Dr. Goldsmith began with a unique discussion on the challenges that come with success in leadership and demonstrated how to use “what to stop” in coaching.
Dr. Marshall’s straight forward approach helped middle and senior managers to preemptively fix behaviors, know how to use ‘what to stop’ in coaching, practice and be ready to use feed forward, understand triggers and how they impact our behavior.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Goldsmith is the author of 34 books, which have sold over two million copies, been translated into 30 languages and become bestsellers in 12 countries.
