Vigor Events hosted 7 Steps to High Performance Teams: a two day team building workshop with prominent facilitator Michael Cardus, who provided the necessary tools and techniques to create high performance teams that produce results and profit.

The workshop was designed to highlight the essentiality of teamwork and the fact that each individual needs to know what they are responsible for as well as what others expect from them. They need to see the connection of the team’s, their own, and the organization’s goals for the work to be valued, and accomplished within quality and time specifications.
Attendees learned methods of increasing retention of talent, decreasing completion time of projects and tasks, and improving satisfaction with work and life, thereby making their organization, team, and themselves better and more profitable.

Throughout the workshop, Michael Cardus used an interactive format combining team building activities and simulations to develop skills that are needed for successful completion of projects and goals. He co-developed a Team Performance Model that is able to be immediately transferred to the team and the team’s success through having fun, laughing and building the teams using real examples and real work.

Michael Cardus is the Founder of Create-Learning Company for learning and consultation. He facilitates, educates and speaks with groups in a variety of settings including fortune 500 companies, small businesses, universities and classrooms. Best known for his high energy and creativity, Michael has facilitated groups of as few as two to as many as three thousand.
