Kuwait – December 10th, 2013 – Knowledge supporters in Kuwait took centre stage last Tuesday at Vigor Event’s Knowledge Club closing conference held in Regency Kuwait. The event paid tribute to the support and commitment shown by the companies that have sponsored the Knowledge Club seminars throughout 2013 and thus developing, or rather elevating; the level of knowledge in the state of Kuwait.

The Closing Ceremony was in the form of a seven hours conference in which renowned speakers in various business dimensions were invited to address diverse issues and share professional experiences.

Amongst the list of honored sponsors were Al Hadi Clinic, Ahli United Bank, the International Advertising Association, Kuwait Life Sciences Company, the Public Authority for Industry, Qualitynet, Zayyat for Human Resources Solutions, Insan non-profit organization, and Future Tech. Media sponsors such as City Pages, Clickmedia, Bein Media, and Indians in Kuwait were also presented tokens of appreciation acknowledging their tremendous support to the uplifting competencies aim by which Vigor is motivated.

Mr. Waleed Al Qallaf, CEO of Qualitynet Company, shared the company’s leadership experience under the title of “Quality Net – 15 years of leadership” where he discussed the challenges faced and lessons learnt in marketing leadership. Al Qallaf also addressed the issue of satisfied employees & their relations with the management as well as Customer Service: Two words that can make or break your brand.

Mr. Ali Derisavi, an accomplished Management Consultant, Speaker, Trainer, Author and Change Agent with more than fifteen years of experience working with local, regional and multinational organizations; explained the secrets behind developing and creating the “professional” salesperson.

MD and Principal in Transformations Institute and Director of the Lead Licensed Delivery Centre GCC for Paul Ekman International gave an overview and demonstrated some practical and powerful tools for applying positive psychology, including how to identify the universal facial expressions of emotion.

In a more interactive session, Owner of Mars Venus Coaching-Kuwait / Life and Business Success Coach, Mrs. Dalal Al Janaie, unlocked a controversial topic about “Gender Intelligent Leadership”. The speech mainly aimed to illustrate how gender intelligence competencies are essential to becoming an influential male or female leader.

Mrs. Carol Talbot, an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile learning and development consultant, NLP Master Trainer and professional speaker; took us in an interesting blood circling session to Discover the “Inner Leader” explaining that Evidence shows that those who can influence, think outside the box, create and deliver a vision for themselves and others, are today’s winners.

 

Owner and Managing Partner of Vigor Enterprise – Soliman Arab – concluded the conference with an introduction to 2014’s Knowledge club which will go regional with a new endeavor to cover even more dimensions and competencies than those addressed in 2013. Additionally, and with Vigor’s dedication to being totally responsive to the clients’ requirements, attendees were requested to vote on a combination of four workshops and four seminars planned for next year’s knowledge club by the world’s most renowned speakers, authors, and trainers.
