The 2nd Annual Happiness Effect Conference

Vigor Events hosted the 2nd Annual Happiness Effect Conference along with a highly interactive Culture Builder Bootcamp

This year the Happiness Effect Conference took place on the 12th of September 2017, after the success of its debut last year. The conference shed light on developing positive attitudes, emotional wellbeing and fostering an environment of happiness as leaders, teams and organizations. The event comprised of a series of the world’s best mental health and happiness experts who shared their wealth of knowledge and experience on the importance of Happiness and wellness at work.

The Event began with Captain Happiness – Ben Ouattara opening the conference with an introduction to the day ahead. Dr. Faten Al Mailem, The Deputy General Manager for Hadi Clinic took to the stage to highlight the significance of Wellness in ones work and personal life. As the Ambassador of Happiness, she also showcased what Hadi Clinic was doing to implement happiness in their own organization.

This year’s speakers included International Author Devin C. Hughes, CEO of Bit Work Eduardo Masse, Founder & CEO for Delivering Happiness Spain Carlos Piera and High Performance Teamwork Specialist Tony Dovale, each providing key tools and skills for attendees to take back to their organizations and implement immediately.

Mr. Omer Tahan, Corporate Manager for Turkish Airlines, and Ms. Eman Omrani, Quality Service manager for Ahli United Bank also spoke at the conference.

The day was concluded with the announcement of the winners of the Spreadhappinessq8 Challenge, an Instagram challenge which was held last month inviting people to put up posts of them spreading happiness and wellness in their organizations.  The Winners were recognized as Chief Happiness Officers and the main winner, Stephanie Noronha won the grand prize of a trip for 2 to Disneyland Paris.

As part of this year’s campaign, Culture Builder Bootcamp, a 2-day highly interactive experience was designed to lead organizational leaders through the first steps of building a values based culture by [re]designing and [re]engineering their existing company cultures. The event was condictd by Carlos Piera and Javier Munoz from Delivering Happiness.

The Happiness Campaign is an initiative by Kuwait’s Ambassador of Hadi Clinic, organized by Vigor Events and Co-Organized by ALGAS Events and Delivering Happiness, travel partner Turkish Airlines and event sponsors Kout Food Group and Platinum Gym, support partner Golden Law Group and in association with International Advertising Association (IAA)
