Conference Outcomes

Burgan TLC Conference is a highly interactive facilitation experience that incorporates the use of a variety of resources and tools. It is Designed to inspire, engage, and help leaders develop the skills needed to meet current leadership challenges. Participants will return to the workplace with an action plan in-hand, prepared to implement their new skills on the job.

Graham Moore

Certified Master for ‘The Leadership Challenge

Australian-born Graham Moore is an experienced international speaker, facilitator and coach. A former senior executive in the television industry – in a senior leadership and creative role for 18 years – Graham has been a professional speaker, facilitator and executive coach for over 22 years. He specializes in leadership, sales, customer service and emotional intelligence.

As an international keynote speaker and facilitator, Graham has presented close to 3,000 training days and keynote presentations to over 42,000 participants in 22 countries. He has delivered sales
training to over 10,000 sales professionals.

He was an Associate Consultant with the Australian Institute of Management where, for 10 years, he conducted public programs as well as in-house training and coaching for their clients.

Debbie Nicol

Certified Master for ‘The Leadership Challenge

Debbie is a body of curiosity and vitality.
To evolve those qualities, her life has been a pathway of consistent learning, development and personal challenge.

She drew upon knowledge from both a Masters of Applied Linguistics and a Masters of Online Education, along with professional qualifications such as Certified Master for ‘The Leadership Challenge’, Prosci® Change Practitioner and the ORSC systems coaching accreditation. Her professional passion is the corporate business world, along with the opportunity ‘disconnected leaders and businesses’ present to her. Measured corporate and leader outcomes soar to new heights as results of her inputs and initiatives. Her personal passion is physical challenge in the great outdoors, such as sea caving in Cyprus, trekking Mont Blanc, sledding across the Arctic region and pushing herself on various via-ferrata mechanisms to scale cliff faces in Oman.

Chris Nel

Certified Master for ‘The Leadership Challenge

Chris is one of only three European-based Kouzes & Posner Certified Masters. He is also an accredited CPP practitioner and coach. Described by Tom Peters (within whose organisation he was a European partner) as a ‘Positive Deviant’, he is Quest’s co-founder and agent provocateur.

Chris’s positive deviancy, coupled with an ability to build relationships, retain a strategic perspective and a strong bias for accountable action, means his clients see him as a key influence on their future business success. Such clients include: Aim Altitude, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, The Applera Corporation, Hitachi Capital (UK), Leica Geosystems, Analog Devices Inc, Cybex Fitness Systems, Gripple Ltd, LSG SkyChefs, The Active Change Foundation, Texas Instruments and John Wiley & Sons.

In 1985 he entered The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. After commissioning, and a rather energetic interlude at The Commando Training Centre Lympstone, he saw active service in several regions of the world.
