Terms & Conditions
Cancellations: For cancellations received in writing more than 5 days before the event date, a refund will be made less a 10% administration charge. Thereafter the full fee is payable. Cancellations must be made in writing to our office.
Substitutions: Registered delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the event at no charge. Please notify our office in writing of the change, as soon as possible.
Payments: Payment is due within 5 days upon receipt of invoice, AND must be made in full prior to the running of the event. Vigor-Events enforces a strict no pay no entrance policy and delegates are reminded that they will not be allowed entry to the event if payment or proof of payment has not been received/presented in full.
