Topic Overview
Organisational change is an absolute imperative for every organisation wishing to survive, let alone thrive. We know change is failure intensive, expensive and fraught with problems. Practice suggests that some 70-80% of change programmes fail; failure to meet expectation or indeed fail altogether.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. PJ will help you to see how you can navigate change more effectively moving from ‘here to there’ more efficiently, by tapping into the knowledge and creativity that exists in the business.
