Facilitative Leadership Skills workshop in Kuwait

The first workshop of Knowledge Club™ 2017 helped drive- an increase in leadership, innovation, productivity and bottom-line performance

The Knowledge Club™ 2017 first workshop of the year was a two-day session titled Facilitative Leadership Skills on the 16th and 17th of May 2017. The workshop was conducted by Kathrina Loeffler and Christian Vulpe.

The session enabled leaders to engage staff, develop problem solvers and decrease their own stress so that everyone is able to work most effectively, it enabled to draw out what is required of leaders to nurture and grow quality workplaces.

Through the concept of facilitative leadership, participants understood and applied the skills and strategies needed to engage staff in the work that they do resulting in an increase in passion, productivity and effectiveness.

Participants learnt how to- build a high-performing workforce and decrease stress at the same time, develop Facilitative Leadership skills to increase engagement and produce problem solvers and increase your employees’ passion, productivity and effectiveness.

Kathrina Loeffler is a professional trainer, the founder and Executive Director of Facilitated Improvement for Corporate Success (FICS). She is a certified LEAN Practitioner & Licensed LEADS Facilitator as well as a Certified John Maxwell affiliate member. Christian Vulpe is a certified professional facilitator who graduated from McGill University with a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, his main areas of focus at McGill University was studying happiness at work

The Knowledge Club™ 2017 series is organized by Vigor Events and Co-Organized by ALGAS Events Company. Members of the Knowledge Club™ this year include Hadi Clinic as Gold Member, Warba Bank as Silver Member and media support from the International Advertising Association Kuwait.
